Our County Council needs to be a stronger, more visible partner as our region faces unprecedented growth and change.
We need new leadership and a fresh voice helping craft decisions that will affect our families, neighborhoods, and communities for generations to come.
As a renter in our fast-growing, diverse city, Abigail knows that too many are being priced out of Seattle. She has experience bringing together government agencies and non-profits to help deliver affordable housing, and will bring a needed perspective on this complex issue to King County.
Abigail managed the Sound Transit campaign delivering light rail to Ballard and throughout our region, as well as providing enhanced Metro service throughout downtown and NW Seattle. We need her expertise on the Council to make sure we get the service we need on time — and sooner.
King County provides critical programs for low income families, women, and at-risk youth. But we need more bold ideas to address our region’s toughest challenges. Abigail will prioritize progressive policy solutions for affordable child care, youth justice, and protecting our air and water quality.
